Our online store offers the following product categories:

  • gel candles in glass

  • silk scarves

  • card sets

  • T-shirts

  • posters

Some products are handmade and may therefore have unique characteristics.

3. Characteristics of Handmade Products

Some products, including gel candles, are handmade.

Each item is unique and may differ slightly from the photographs shown on the website, including variations in:

  • color shades

  • placement of decorative elements

  • material structure

  • shape and texture

Such variations are a natural result of the handmade production process and do not constitute defects or non-conformity of the product.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.

4. Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Order Placement

An order is considered confirmed once the customer receives an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse an order

  • cancel an order in case of pricing or product description errors

  • cancel an order if the order cannot be fulfilled.

If an order is cancelled, the customer will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept payment through the methods available on the website, including:

  • bank cards

  • online payment systems

  • other payment methods offered during checkout.

Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched.

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery time depends on:

  • destination country

  • selected shipping service

  • external factors beyond the seller’s control.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • postal or courier services

  • customs procedures

  • force majeure circumstances.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to the customer’s specifications

  • personalized goods

  • goods that may be damaged during return transportation.

This includes:

  • handmade gel candles produced on a made-to-order basis.

10. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • the returned goods have been received, or

  • proof of return shipment has been provided by the customer.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

11. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive (EU) 2019/771, customers are entitled to remedies if the goods received:

  • have a manufacturing defect

  • were damaged during delivery

  • significantly differ from the product description.

In such cases the customer may request:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • refund.

12. Damage During Delivery

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photographs of:

  • the damaged product

  • the packaging.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • delivery delays caused by third parties

  • color differences caused by screen settings.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

14. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website, including:

  • text

  • images

  • design

  • logos

are the intellectual property of the store owner and are protected by copyright law.

Any use without prior written permission is prohibited.

15. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia.
